You can easily reach the beach of Marinella di Sarzana thanks to our free bikes, as well as enjoy trekking in the mountains and the beauty of Versilia. This exclusive detached property welcomes you with an elegant driveway and a large, always manicured garden, perfect for relaxing or organizing unforgettable dinners. The wooden gazebo with a table for 12 people, wood-burning oven and barbecue adds a touch of magic to outdoor evenings. Inside, a spacious living room with a sofa for 6/7 people, 46-inch smart TV, home theater system, and a super-equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. The master bedroom overlooks the garden, and the bathroom offers a shower and bathtub for moments of pure relaxation. 3 km from the sea, reachable with our free bicycles! At your side you will find independent houses and then the Sarzana countryside with its fields and super relaxing sunsets! Within a 1 km walk you will find a padel field, a paintball field, a small children's park, a lake and several trails to immerse yourself in nature. Only 20 minutes by car you will find the wonderful Gulf of Poets with the beautiful towns of Lerici, Tellaro and Fiascherino, and only 40 minutes by train you can get to the fantastic natural park of the 5 terre For everything else, see the section “Getting around the area” below ;)
