Wonderful newly renovated apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the greenery overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Regina degli Apostoli. Located on the third floor with elevator, it consists of an entrance hall with a desk corner, a corridor, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom for 2 people, a living room with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare an excellent meal and a sofa bed for 2 additional beds. You will find all the comforts you need during your stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, 2 smart TVs, Bialetti coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels included.

Apartment in São Paulo/Marconi, lively university district with all amenities. 200 meters from the Bambin Gesù hospital, 400 meters from the Basilica di San Paolo metro B stop, 4 stops from the Colosseum (only 7 minutes by metro). At 100 meters there is Tiberis, the innovative beach on the Tiber river, and the Tiber Marconi Park, where with the brand new cycle path you can reach the Vatican in 7 minutes. It is also well connected to the historic districts of Trastevere and Testaccio, to the Eur and to Ostia Antica.
