The Zara D'Amare apartment on the Pesaro seafront, and is located on the ground floor of the historic building "Villa Olga", recently renovated and located a few meters from the sea. It is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment, equipped with every comfort and has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with dining area and 2 bathrooms, as well as an equipped terrace inserted in the internal courtyard of the building. The strong point of Zara D'Amare is the proximity to the equipped beach, just 10 meters away; moreover it is located a few steps from the famous "Pomodoro Ball", from the historic center of Pesaro and the Rossini Theater. The apartment is large, comfortable, bright, well furnished and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people with the addition of a baby cot 0-2 years. The Zara D'Amare holiday home is an excellent choice for travelers interested in the sea and city walks, as its unique location allows you to reach all the major tourist attractions in the city of Pesaro with a few steps on foot. The neighborhood offers shops, typical restaurants, night clubs, bars, etc.

The San Bartolo park has its own road called "the panoramic" which leads to the nearby towns of Gabicce Monte, Gabicce Mare, Cattolica and Milan. Along the way, beyond the beautiful views and trekking routes, sometimes Monte Carpegna and the three points of San Marino can be clearly seen; there are two ancient Roman settlements: Firenzuola di Focara with its castle and refreshment points, exhibitions and old renovated and prestigious homes. Do not miss the village of Casteldimezzo with the famous restaurant "del pescatore" and the church which is a small sanctuary. Do not miss a walk in the historic center of Pesaro and Via Rossini: the Cathedral has two layers of ancient, visible, Christian and pre-Christian flooring; the Palazzo Gradari with its huge ancient carriage, houses a charming and young restaurant; Rossini's House can be visited; the Rossini Theater with the week dedicated to the "Rossini Opera Festival ROF" and the Experimental Theater. For shopping, the most prestigious clothing store "Ratti". There is no shortage of cafes in the square.
