Situated right on Negril's famous 7 mile white sand beach strip. A great location for walking to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, night clubs and town center. Apartment comes with air conditioning, cable tv, WiFi internet, hot water, microwave, blender, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron & board, work stations, safes, and other furniture. Apartment also has a private balcony. The property is right on the beach and has 24hr gate security and free parking. There are security cameras throughout property. As a guest you will have direct access to the beach, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Conveniently located on the beach is a restaurant, bar, spa, scuba service, and art/craft shop. A gift shop and mini-mart are also located on the grounds. Guests are expected to be responsible for their own housekeeping and laundry needs while staying at the apartment. There is no daily service included for towels or linen. However an additional linen and towel set are stored in the bedroom. Housekeepers can be recommended and along with laundry services. Jeremy can assist with making such arrangements. There is also a laundromat on property. The apartment is self-catered. We provide soap, toilet paper, hand towels, garbage bags, etc., at check-in only. If you run out please buy your own. Guests are welcomed to smoke on the balcony. Please turn off the ACs, lights, TVs and appliances when leaving the apartment. Unfortunately neither Cash nor Debit/Credit Cards can be accepted on site.
