Chad’s Island Retreat is a newly built, fully air conditioned, 2 bedroom house located in the gated community of Phoenix Park village, Portmore. The property comfortably sleeps 5 . The place is equipped with all the house essentials for a relaxing holiday. The gated scheme is very peaceful and clean with well maintained grounds. In addition, the community has 24hr security. Centrally located, Phoenix Park is the perfect place for families or groups to retreat and explore the best of Jamaica!

You will be staying only: 5min drive from Sovereign Village shopping centre (shops, restaurants, movie theatre and clubs) 10mins away from the famous Hellshire beach 15mins Drive to Portmore shopping mall 30mins drive to the capital city Kingston for attractions such as Devons House and the Bob Marley Museum 45mins drive to Norman Manley International Airport 1 hour drive by toll from the famous Dunns River Falls Guests can pick up taxi’s and buses on the main road outside Phoenix Park. However we recommend hiring a car as the best way to get around the island.
