Have fun with the whole family at this Luxurious, Stylish and Beautifully maintained Villa in the first phase of Richmond Estates. Located in this upscale community CTBH @ The Palms is gated, with 24 hour Security, Pool, Club House, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Kiddie Play Area, Gym and only 5 minutes away from its own private Beach. The Country store and all the amenities are within walking distance of this Villa.
