The property is a two bedroom property which is shared. the bathroom is shared with the other occupant if booked. sometimes you may be the only other person in the property. we will advise on the day of occupancy if another guest has booked.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY THAT A HOLDING DEPOSIT OF 10% WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS IS BECAUSE WE HAVE RECEIVED TOO MANY NO SHOWS. ( PEOPLE NOT TURNING UP) IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THEN PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.
