“房間格局：一樓有一個廁所，一個客廳+廚房，一個浴室。二樓有一個廁所，一間主臥(附有小淋浴間和洗手台沒有廁所)，一間客房(雙人床)，一間地舖房(三個單人地舖，此間無冷氣)。空間全都很乾淨。備品齊備，有毛巾浴巾，牙刷牙膏，廚房鍋具餐具，調味料油品等，也有洗衣精。屋主主動聯絡也回覆快速，入住期間不時關心有問題都跟她說，用英文打字溝通良好。地點方便，走路5分鐘地鐵站，走去搭往機場的巴士也差不多5分鐘，不同方向走路10~15分鐘有不同的超市可購物(推薦superarcs)。”

Meticulously renovated in 2023! Welcome to our spacious and beautifully designed single-family home in the heart of Sapporo! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect retreat for your stay in this vibrant city. Situated just a 3-minute walk from the nearest subway station, commuting around the city is a breeze. The house is also just a 7-minute drive from Sapporo Station! Ideal for large groups, our home can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. The max number of pets allowed are 2. Dogs and cats must be completely potty trained and house trained (must not scratch anything in the house including but not limited to the furniture, doors, floors, etc). There is a pet fee of 25,000 yen for every reservation that includes a pet. This fee is part of the special cleaning fee set by the cleaners and non-negotiable. Undisclosed pet stays will be met with a penalty charge of 50,000 yen.

The house is centrally located in a desirable, quiet neighborhood. It has the best access to the city center of Sapporo via car or public transportation. It is also minutes away from Ario Higashi Sapporo, one of the biggest malls in Sapporo. Subway station is just 3 minute walk away, and it’s very straight forward.
