★Only accept quiet guests. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, no party, excessive noise and smoking allowed. ★6-min train ride from Haneda Airport. ★6-min train ride to Shinagawa, 10 to Yokohama, 18 to Ginza, 30 to Asakusa, 30 to Shibuya, Shinjuku. ★6-min walk from the local station, Kojiya. 11-min walk from Keikyu Kamata. ★This is the entire 1st floor of a house (completely separated from the 2nd floor with a separate entrance) ★Hi-speed Wi-Fi ★Free Netflix ★Stores and laundromat just in 2min. This is a newly-renovated house and this listing is for the entire first floor. An easy-to-use dining room, a bedroom with two single beds, a Tatami room where two sets of Futon can be laid. Fully equipped kitchen, functional shower room, wash room and toilet are available. 1. You have access to the entire floor. One night, one group. 2. Some closets are host only. -There is a security camera OUT of the entrance. -Washing machine is not available in this accommodation. However a laundromat is in 1-2 minute walk.
