The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, and essential appliances—perfect for both short and long stays. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Important Notes: This is a self-check-in property with no on-site staff. Check-in instructions will be sent 3 days prior to your stay. No housekeeping during your stay (cleaning is provided once a week for extended stays). Smoking, BBQs, and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the villa. Please note that any significant damage, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
