Our company launched in 2016, main office at Nipporo, Tokyo and branches at Ikebukuro, Tokyo and Chuo-ku, Osaka. In addition to the purchasing and leasing business, we started to operate hospitality business in recent years. We have our first vacation rental apartment (Minpaku) at Shinjuku, Tokyo in 2019. As Tokyo Olympic Games will be held in 2021 and Osaka EXPO will be held in 2025, the demand of hotel or minpaku will be greatly increased. The company is going to build our brand new hotels and minpaku in Dotonbori, Osaka, Naniwa District, Osaka and Asakusa District, Tokyo.

The surrounding area is in proximity to Sophia University, providing a serene and safe environment. The exterior features a modern design with black and white interplay. Inside the rooms, warm-toned furniture and wooden decor create a warm and inviting accommodation experience.
