Company information

I'm 5 generation hostess in a Japanese-style hotel. Kaigetsu - inn is foundation for 1887 years. Before Japanese-style hotel opening was carrying on the shipbuilding industry of a Japanese ships. Company management of the ecotour is being performed besides the hostess in a Japanese-style hotel. There is preparation which gets in touch and has woman diver culture enjoy Ise-shima more deeply with Ise-jingu and the fishing village where nature is tied and small.

Property information

It is popular among friendly overseas customers who love the local culture and nature. It may not suit customers who are looking for formal services. My mother, is the great hostess, has the symbolic atmosphere of my Japanese mother. When everyone departure from Kaigetsu, mother-made rice-ball is prepared. Please touch a warm Japanese mother by all means.

Neighbourhood information

Next to Kaigetsu, there is a local experience tour "Kaito Yumin Culb". From spring to autumn, we recommend a kayaking tour to a small deserted island where Ama (a traditional fishing method with a history of 3000 years in Japan. Woman diver) is hidden. And I also recommend fishing trips with local fishermen. You can also order dinner with fish caught at Kaigetsu. (Please order a regular dinner. If you can catch it, you can cook the fish with it. You have always been able to catch it, but if you can't, you can have dinner.) There are many recommended guided tours for each season. A casual experience where you crawl on the surface of Toba Sawara (Spanish mackerel) yourself and make Tataki, a type of sashimi. One-Bite Fest Toba, a tour to visit the town's craftsmen while walking around the town. Explore Fisheries Island in Japan is a tour that goes to Toshi Island, where fishing is the most active in Toba, leaving the townscape of a society that is not a car, and where special customs continue in addition to Ama. Ama Village Tour going to meet Ama Please make a reservation in advance.
