    “・長期滞在でしたが、設備が整っていて快適でした。（特に洗濯機、掃除機） ・家族4名で過ごすには十分広かったです ・近隣に博多南駅、コインパーキング、スーパー、コンビニ、飲食店があり便利 ・とても清掃が行き届いていて清潔感があった。（清掃代を取っていてもココまで綺麗なのは珍しい） ・真夏の夕方のチェックインでしたが、エアコンが効いていて助かりました。 ・外にゴミ捨て場があるのも長期滞在には助かります。 ・ハンガーが多く、物干竿もあります（ピンチハンガーはありません）”
