Property information

Since the whole villa is rented out, you can use the guest rooms and living rooms luxuriously. From the large rooftop terrace of 80 m2, you can see the Atami Marina, and there is a facility in front of the launch site of the Atami Fireworks Festival, so you can watch the magnificent fireworks display. The parking lot on the first floor is free and more than 6 cars can be parked. The view is open in Nagisa Park in front of you, and there are many restaurants in the neighbourhood, so you don't have to worry about eating. The convenient business supermarket is 30 seconds on foot. It's convenient because it's in front of you.

There are many Japanese, Western, Chinese and restaurants in the neighbourhood, so you can enjoy Atami gourmet. You can go to Atami Marina directly connected to the promenade in front of you. 5 minutes on foot to Marine Spa Atami, 30 seconds to the business supermarket, 7-Eleven 1 minute
