Just across the road from Kyoto Station’s Central Exit, Matsumoto Ryokan offers simple air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV and a Yukata robe. It offers free Wi-Fi at the lobby. You can stay in a Western room or experience Japanese-style lodgings, with a tatami (woven-straw) floor, traditional futon bedding and a low table with floor cushions.
