The fine print
Guests are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit when making a reservation via bank transfer. The remaining costs will be charged at least 3 days before the check-in date and is non-refundable. The hotel will contact the guest directly for the bank transfer procedure.
At time of booking, you must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property.
Guests who wish to use the barbecue facilities must contact the hotel by 18:00 on the day of check-in.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
A damage deposit of ¥30,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
