“お盆の帰省で利用しました。チェックアウト前日から続く大雨の影響で夜には新幹線が不通に。翌朝になっても不通解消の兆しがなかったため、急遽連泊を決断しサポートセンターへ電話を。早朝にもかかわらず親切に対応していただき無事連泊することが出来ました。 短期帰省だったのでほとんど着替えを持ち合わせていませんでしたが、洗濯機・洗剤・浴室乾燥機・シンクなど備わっておりとても助かりました。2日目用のバスタオル・フェイスタオルも玄関先まで持ってきてくれていました。”
