Aotearoa House ( Imported house from New Zealand ), Popular Yomitan Village area, BBQ & Pizza Oven free to use, on a wood deck with shutters and remote roof louvers, you can even use the bbq and pizza oven if it rains , just close the roof shutters, everything is at your service, outdoor furniture, cooking utensils, 2 bedrooms with 2 x semi double beds, another bedroom with a bunk bed and pull out bed below, 2 tvs, in the kids room (bunk bed room) you have a 40 inch smart TV with netflix, in the main room with dining table you have a 55 inch smart TV with netflix, you also have a full size fridge freezer, oven and stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee capsules supplied, along with tea, sugar, water, milk, There is Hoshino resort as you pass through the sugar cane fields, Why don't you spend some time in a stylish cafe while taking a leisurely walk ? ( 15 min walk ) also a great safe swimming beach in front of Nikko Alivila Hotel, 15 min walk. There is also a supermarket (150 Meters) and a convenience store/ large supermarket (Marudai) nearby, so shopping is also convenient. The resort area of Onna Village can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, so marine activities can also be easily accessed. The building is a newly built house in 2024 Imported from New Zealand. There are 2 bedrooms which are spacious. There is one washroom, with shower, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, towels, warm towel rack to keep your towels fresh. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, including a full size fridge, freezer, full size american stove, oven and a microwave. Plates and glasses, cutlery are also supplied for 5 people. There is a rice cooker, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker and coffee pods supplied. In the shower you will find natural shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion imported from New Zealand, along with a warm towel rack, so your towels are warm and dry, towels, face cloths, hand towels all supplied.

Yomitan is a very nice area, close to everything you need, cafes, supermarkets, blue cave, Gala, restaurants, bakery, coffee shops.
