    “まず、とてもおしゃれで居心地がいい！ そして設備がとてもいい！ 各部屋にトイレが付いてるヴィラはなかなかないのではないでしょうか？ 友達同士や他家族と来ても、ある程度のプライバシーが保たれ（各部屋に洗面台とトイレがあるため）、 すごしやすいです。 また、大勢で集まれるリビングには、10人くらいで座れる大きなテーブルがあり、 皆でお酒を飲んだり語ったりするにとても使い勝手が良かったです。 広く開放的で、 オーナーさんのセンスと優しさがつまった宿でした。”

This is a fully private 200 square meters resort villa, just a few minutes walk from the calm beach of Okitsu. You can enjoy the combination of European and Japanese rooms.
We are an international couple who wants to share our love for Japan and have our guests experience the life in Japan country side.
This is a very quiet neighborhood where you can fully unwind, relax and get recharged. You can find several beaches close to the villa and Kamogawa Sea World is a 30 minutes drive from the property.
