    “全屋的設備均十分新淨！電器均為大牌子，看得出屋主是在用心經營，務求令住客得到最好的體驗，特別喜歡浴室的設備，浴缸可以自動注水並保持温度，小朋友每晚都浸浴玩得很愉快！ 諾大的兩層樓有足夠活動空間，可以清楚區分客廳和飯廳，還有塌塌米的區域可供小朋友玩樂。另外開放式廚房設備齊全，無論是煮食，打邊爐或用烤焗微波爐加熱食品均十分方便！ 大門外空間可足夠停泊一輛中型私家車（例如Toyota Prius) 5分鐘車程可到達太宰府天滿宮。10分鐘車程內有兩間超市可提供充足的日用品和新鮮食材。”
