The property is located on a hill and is 70 metres away from the parking lot. Our guest house is a 4-story building without an elevator. Floor preference is not accepted at the time of booking.

Reception is open between 7:30-10:00 and 15:00-21:00. An emergency contact number is provided in the brochure in the rooms and this number can be contacted via a landline phone located near the front desk.

Guests are asked to check in to the property after 15:00, not anytime before.

Shirahama Chuo Beach is a 15-minute walk away but guests should be noted that there are steep hills to and from the property.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
