From October 1st, 2018 a hotel tax will be implemented in Kyoto. Tax Rate: Room rate under 20,000 yen: 200 yen per person per night Room rate including and over 20,000 yen: 500 yen per person per night ※We will be collecting the tax in cash at the RESI STAY Reception Counter. Famous sightseeing spot "Kiyomizu dera" is about 15 minutes on foot. There are convenience store, restaurant in this area. 7 minutes on foot to go to Keihan Railway(Train) "Kiyomizu Gojo Station". Useful to go to Shijo Kawaramachi area, Fushimi Inari Shrine and Osaka by train.
