We have snorkels, and surfboards, body boards, fins, beach towels, parasols for rent. We love the ocean!

Property information

Retreat wabi-sabi is a casual accommodation tucked up on the side of a hill (you will need to walk up) in a green valley behind Kisami Ohama Beach. We are currently offering 4 cottages of varying sizes. The guest-house is an old Japanese summer get-a-way. We have done extensive renovations (with more to come!), and upgraded with air-conditioners in every room, free wifi throughout the property, a well-equipped kitchen. The main guesthouse is set on the side of a hill in a green valley. Nature abounds! We co-exist with wild boar, pheasants, king-fisher, crabs. The cicada, crickets, and the sound of distant waves provide a unique orchestra. PLEASE NOTE: smaller creatures and insects do get into the building at times, if you are used the conveniences and sterility of city hotels, you may be disappointed. We are on a private road with no through traffic, the hill provides a serene location but for those not used to walking in nature it may be seen as an inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
