We are a group of staff made up of islanders and people who are passionate about the island. The islanders or locals are known for their hospitality and friendliness. Our passion to ensure that visitors experience the beauty of the island is very important. We share a lot of the work between us by participating in each other's tasks such as beach cleaning, gardening and most importantly maintaining good communication between us. We believe that by having a good working environment we are able to share and give our guests a great experience.

The island itself is a gem to the eye. Not only the coral reefs and turquoise blue water and white sand, but the flourishing flora and fauna is an aspect to enjoy for nature lovers. The main harvest is sugar cane, but you will see that there are many banana trees, mango farms, cow stalls, goats and even a small family run coffee farm. There are many Shrines scattered on the island that are interesting power spots to visit. You can visit the folk village Minzoku mura to experience the old lifestyles of the islanders, or the southern cross center where you can have a 360 degree view of the island.
