Our property is a three-storey villa that can accommodate 10 or more guests. For more details, please consult our information system. This property is an independent villa with two indoor parking spaces and no shared areas, covering an area of 200 square meters. It is perfect for multiple families traveling together. When your reservation is for 8 people or less, we will provide 1 Japanese-style suite and 1 European-style suite. When your reservation is for more than 8 people, we will provide an additional European-style suite. Each suite includes an entrance hall, master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), guest bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. Both the master and guest bedrooms have a 1.4-meter double bed and a single bed; each living room also has a 1.4-meter sofa bed. The room is equipped with various appliances (Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV, air conditioner, heater, etc.), hoping to provide you with a comfortable and spacious stay.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in the center of Sapporo city, 800 meters from Sōen JR station, an 11-minute walk away. Sōen JR station is only one stop away from the most central Sapporo JR station. From Sapporo JR station, you can take the JR to the airport and other cities in Hokkaido or transfer to the Sapporo subway system to other attractions in Sapporo city. Transportation is very convenient. This property is adjacent to Hokkaido University on the right and Sapporo Racecourse on the left. Hokkaido University is only a 500-meter walk away; the Central Wholesale Market is a 4-minute drive away, and the most central area of Sapporo, Sapporo JR station, is a 7-minute drive away. The location is excellent. Whether you want to experience the lively Snow Festival in winter, wander through the campus paths covered with colorful fallen leaves in autumn, or taste the most authentic and fresh seafood and sushi or various local dishes at the "Central Unloading Market", our property will be your best choice. There are supermarkets and convenience stores in the vicinity of this property.
