＜ご予約前に是非お読みください＞ ・当施設は野外でのBBQやグランピングが楽しめるトレーラーハウス宿泊施設です。お部屋は居心地は良いと思いますが決して広くはありません。（お一人あたり約3㎡前後） ・当施設のサービスは基本的にはDIYで楽しんでいただくホステルスタイルであり、ホテルや旅館のようなサービスは提供しておりません。 ・当施設は海沿いに立地しているため、どうしても天候、気温、風雨、砂風等に左右されてしまいます。当方ではお客様にご満足いただけるように最大限努力はしておりますが、このような自然現象によりBBQができなくなったり、備品が雨に濡れたり、砂がたまってしまうことが稀にあります。また気象警報の発令などを除き、通常の風雨による日程変更やキャンセルはお受けしておりません。 ・津波対策について、当施設の裏山は海抜33メートルの丘になっております。徒歩5分ほどで到達できます。東日本大震災の時には津波警報から津波の到達まで最短でも26分ありました。従って、大きな地震を感じた際は慌てずに避難すれば十分に時間的な余裕があります。 こうした点をご理解いただき楽しんでいただければ幸いです。 （Booking.comでは宿泊施設のページにこうした重要な情報が書き込めないため、オーナーのプロフィールとしてここに記しております。）
