十和田湖では1番リーズナブルな料金でサービスしておりますが、宿泊料金が安いにもかかわらず快適で、便利な楽しい施設にして行きたいと考えております。フリー自転車、フリーパーキング、フリーWIーFI、フリーキッチン、の他にも、格安にレンタルスクーターや、バーベキューセット、燻製缶や洗濯機にドライヤーなど、又、ロビーには大型テレビにYouTubeや新聞などや、無料でマル秘の展望スポットへご案内している十和田湖観光の資料なども揃えております。館内のトイレはシャワートイレを設置しておりますし、24時間使用可能なシャワーを設置しておりますが、近くの露天風呂のある立ち寄り湯の温泉割引券を350円にて販売しております。十和田湖の事なら50年この地で過ごしており何でも聞いて下さい。

当館はオーナーの、わたくし田中光治しか居りません。余程忙しいときしかアルバイトが居ませんので、ご迷惑をお掛けすることもありますが、低料金で運営しておりますので、ご容赦願います。 70歳に近い歳ですが、老骨と肥満体にムチ打って頑張っております。わたくしは、車と旅行が趣味で、50年近くを日本全国はもとより、海外約30ヶ国程をレンタカーを駆使して、見聞を広げて来ました。その経験を元に十和田湖でも、便利で、格安に泊まれる、楽しい宿を作ろうとこのゲストハウスをオープンしました。 11月から4月迄は雪のため休館して、外国を放浪して歩き回り、春から秋まで内外の観光客を受け入れ、情報を集めており、こんな楽しい仕事は有りません… どうぞ、十和田湖の事なら何でも聞いて下さい。まだまだ地元の人しか知らない事がいっぱいありますよー。

当ホテルから車で2分半の所に、案内表示もないフットパスが御座います。そこから二、三分で十和田湖の全景が望めるマル秘スポットがあるのです。ほんの10人程しか居られない3坪程の所です。断崖絶壁で、安全柵も無く、落ちれば間違い無くあの世行きです。入口の案内表示の杭は昔あまりに自殺者が多い為に抜いたそうです。お問合せいただけましたら、ご案内しますので、御気軽に声をかけて下さい。殆ど誰も来ませんので、此処に折り畳み椅子とお飲物を持込んで、ゆったりと湖を眺めながら癒しの時間を過ごしては如何でしょうか？
