If you decide to come to my house and farm, please be informed that ; -We are vegetarian, though we occasionally eat fish as well. The food is delicious and lovingly prepared by my wife, Makiko. We eat everyday genmai, the brown rice, that we also grow by ourselves. -If you come to our home you will be able to enjoy things such as my handmade bathhouse, fitted with a boiler and heated by fire, every night after work we can relax and loosen our muscles in the clean mountain water. My home is also surrounded by beautiful mountains, and situated next to a large river. I also have two museums, one of which is of the Jomon people. The other has many other pieces related to animals and humans of the past.
My way of life is a symbiotic relationship of nature and humans. I am an artist and sculptor and wish to show and share with you my art pieces, many of which are situated in the very rice field. I can speak simple English so please do not worry about not being able to communicate. I would however, appreciate any messages sent in English to be written simply and please avoid using complicated terms and words. Thank you!
