まるまる一棟貸しの貸別荘です。 ２階バルコニーから見える相模湾の眺望は最高で、大切な家族や仲間たちと、非日常を味わってください。
２人の子ともたちが独立したのを機に約30年のサラリーマン生活に終止符を打ち､さらに「自由」を求めて、残りの人生を楽しみます！
神奈川県の最西部に位置する湯河原は、海と山に囲まれた自然豊かなエリアです。温泉はもちろん、夏は涼しく、冬は温暖な気候で、文化人や著名人の別荘地としても知られています。 また、相模湾で獲れた新鮮な海鮮料理やピザ、地元で40年以上続く居酒屋さんなど、一度行ったらリピーターになること確実な、個性的な飲食店がたくさんあります。 近くの吉浜海岸はサーファーが多く集まるサーフスポットで、吉浜海水浴場は大勢の人が海水浴に訪れます。 １年を通して楽しめるエリアです。ぜひお越しください。
