Calm Haven - Cozy Home is quiet and very spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath all ensuite. The home is located in a secure gated community. Welcome to Calm Haven- Cozy Home A perfect Retreat For Families! Travelling with family? Our spacious and welcoming home is d esigned with comfort and convenience in mind. What we offer: -Comfortable and Spacious living space, for everyone to relax and unwind -Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare home cooked meals with ease -Fenced in compound for peace of mind -Family Essentials: Children’s dinner ware -Entertainment for all; Smart Tv, board games -Close to Park, mall, grocery stores Additional rules 1: Every Adult guest has to be registered , by the property manager, upon check-in . Provide copy of Government issued Identification Card or Passport. 2: No more than seven guests are permitted to stay at the property at any time. 3: No form of open flame is allowed including smoking of cigars, Shisha or vaping , e-cigarettes, lighting of candles, burning of incense . 4: Fireworks are prohibited on the Airbnb home. 5: No Eating and drinking in bedrooms . 6: Guests are expected to supervise children at all times during their stay at the home. Please ensure no use of permanent makers on furniture, sofas/couch, walls , or beds. 7: Trash Pick Up is Every Thursday morning. Please put trash in bag or bags and place it outside front gate for pick up . TAKE OUT TRASH EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING. 8: Guests are expected to treat the home and its furnishings with care. Any damages , stains , or issues caused during your stay must be reported immediately to property manager. 9: Damage policy Guests are responsible for damages to the home that are beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for professional cleaning, repair, or replacements may be charged to the guest if necessary. 10: Guests are expected to leave the home in a condition similar to what it was at check in. 11: Self Check in 3pm to 8pm If you plan to check in after 8pm please let us know ahead of
