Exquisite modern space is a modern,fully furnished ,clean,spacious ,calm,secure apartment located in busia . There is a 43”tv,fridge,cooker,microwave,utensils ,high speed internet, 1 double bed ,master ensuite and a comfortable couch. Its a homely house (home away from home) that accommodates pple on business trips, couples,family and staycations.Its 3 minutes drive to breeze hotel, 5 mins to khetia’s supermarket ,7 mins to town.Free parking.Incase of anything reach me via phone or email.

Neighbourhood information

Calm, secure neighbourhood ,2 minutes from the main road Free parking in the premises. If you dont have your own means you can access the area with motorbikes which are readily available and affordable.
