Mara Haven is the ideal getaway for families nestled in an exclusive gated estate with 24 hr security and secure free parking. Airport transfers at a fee about 1hr drive. We use rain harvested water and solar power for hot showers and lighting. no power outage. . 40 mins from Nairobi. The getaway comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and outdoor patio complete with a BBQ)grill. Surrounded by great scenery including Chania falls, Delmonte pineaples. Tours to Masai Mara available

Been to Portugal, Belgium, Cape Verde, America, Africa, the Carribean and still going enjoy cooking exotic foods and learning new recipes in my travels Enjoy reading books; romance, crime, thriller, documentaries Love watching variety of films including thrillers, drama, action very flexible enjoy meeting new people and make friends easily I live guests to enjoy their privacy but available for a chat when convenient. Guests free to contact host for any issues. Host keep checking on guests welfare in between their stay.
Thika Greens is a gated community with 24 hour security. It is adjacent to Thika Golf Resort and club house complete with a restaurant and bar. Across the street from the main gate there is EdiPark Plaza which has a small supermarket, massage parlour and other amenities. Delview has many restaurants and bars including Sip&Dip which has lovely outdoor seating, an outdoor pool and an underground club. Further down the road at Blue Post Hotel you can visit Chania Falls, and go on a nature walk to see some animals. There are different modes of transport including local Matatus (public bus) which run to the town centre and can be picked from main gate. You can also use private taxi (contact host for taxi numbers), or taxi apps such as Uber and Bolt. Car hire is also a viable option with parking easily accessible in the town at a small fee. Tuktuks are another option for traveling short distances.
