The guest house is located on a quiet street in the lower part of the village of Kadji-Sai, approximately 300 meters from the sandy shore of Lake Issyk-Kul and 400 meters from hot radon springs. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.
The house accommodates around 20 guests. It features a quiet, cozy green area with lots of flowers and fruit that all guests can enjoy. There are shaded gazebos for relaxation in hot weather and in the evenings.
The guest house has hosted both transit travelers and guests looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is no noise or music here.
