A spacious studio apartment on the fifth floor of a 9-story building with a stunning sea view, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, king-sized bed, cozy sofa, ample storage, a charming balcony, Smart TV, washing machine, iron, and more. The building features a swimming pool on the second floor with a lounge area and public showers. With 24-hour security and a dedicated management team, the property is excellently maintained for a smooth experience.
I am a professional conductor and international music teacher, having worked across multiple countries and continents such as Tanzania, China, Cambodia, and South Korea. With a global perspective and an appreciation for diverse cultures, I’ve come to enjoy hosting as more than just a business—it’s become a passion. I love meeting people from around the world and offering them the chance to experience the beauty of Cambodia.
Sihanoukville is a lively, rapidly growing city with much to offer—stunning beaches and islands, as well as pagodas and temples. It’s also known for its casinos, vibrant nightlife, and delicious Asian cuisine. The apartment complex is located in a quieter area of town, just a 5-minute walk from one of Sihanoukville’s most renowned and respected establishments, The Independence Hotel, and is close to the beach for easy access to relaxation.
