Hi, I am a multimedia visual artist and guesthouse owner. My art studio is in this building. Upon guest request, I occasionally interact with guests and provide information about Seoul's cultural history, art, design, etc.,

Property information

My house is quiet and comfortable, and only eco-friendly materials, including cypress wood, pine wood, and pure cotton bedding sheets, are used. Any guest can stay freely like a home here, and there is fast Wi-Fi and a desk and chair in each room, making it great for working at home. Metro Achasan Station/ Line5 is a 4-minute walk or 284 meters away, making connection to the city center very convenient and fast. "Gimpo Airport" is also on Line 5, so transportation is straightforward. It is connected by the Airport Railroad from Gimpo Airport to Incheon Airport(ICN), making transportation easy. Yes24 Hall (15 minutes) and KESPO DOME (26 minutes), where K-pop concerts are held, are easily accessible by the metro. It is easy to get to The Lotte World Tower (25 minutes), Dongdaemun Design Plaza (26 minutes), COEX Mall (34 minutes), and Hipster Seongsu-dong Cafe streets(26 minutes) by public transportation. There is a large supermarket and paid parking lot within a 2-minute walk. A convenience store, ATM, pharmacy, hospital, Korea Exchange Bank, cafe and various restaurants, side dish shop, bakery, clothing store, Starbucks, Subway Hamburger, Burger King, Mr. Pizza, Olive Young (cosmetics), Daiso (low price) are within a 5-minute walk. There is a daily necessities shop) and a clothing store, making everyday life convenient even for long-term stays.

Neighbourhood information

Achasan Mountain is a 15-minute away, making it great for daily hiking. It is an easy path where you can walk without hiking shoes, as there is a wooden deck and stairs around it. There is a children's grand park and a zoo amusement park with free admission within a 5-minute walk. This park is excellent for jogging or walking every morning and evening. There is also a rock climbing practice range, fitness center, and yoga center within a 5-minute walk.
