Hi, welcome to Rooftop 'Boramae'. It is a remodeled house, so we are offering a nice cozy place with a reasonable price than the others that recently built. 🛏️Bedroom and living room - double bed and bedding for two person - a big closet - a foldable sofa for a one person - a table and chairs - a side table and a lamp - indirect curtain lighting - free WIFI 🍵living room - microwave - a fridge - a shoe rack - a table and a chair 🛁Bathroom - shampoo and bodywash - towel (two for one night per person) 🏙️Balcony - laundry machine ❤️ Sheet, bedding and towels are always clean-washed before users check in. ❤️ Rooftop 'Boramae' is cared by pro service of bug-repel regulary. Please keep a front door and the rooftop door closed so that bugs cannot get in. ❤️ You can always send me a DM for any questions and troubles. 🍽Cautions for users - Animals and smoking inside the house are not allowed(if user break the rules, extra cleaning fee would be charged / special cleaning fee : 150,000~400,000won) - The house is located in the middle of quiet neighborhood, so please be cautious not to do noisy things - Check in 15:00 / Check out 11:00 - Please keep the rule that the number of person who can stay in the house is limited by two

Rooftop 'Boramae' is located in the middle of the southern area of Seoul easily accessable to Gangnam, Hongdae, Itaewon.. etc within 40 minutes. Boamae subway station is 10 minutes away from walking, and Lotte mall is close, too. You can also exercise along the hiking trail of Yongma mountain
