The fine print
• The name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest's name. For third-party bookings, please contact the property directly.
• To prevent no-shows and fraudulent reservations, the validity of the credit card will be checked. A pre-authorization will be done using the credit card information provided during the reservation, and the charged amount will be canceled after the validity check.
• A deposit may be required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out. However, charges may apply for paid services and damages to the property.
• Executive and suite rooms include club floor benefits, and the club lounge is accessible for guests aged 16 and above.
The fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are available for guests aged 16 and above, with regular closure on the first Tuesday of every month.
• If you book a room with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for up to 2 adult guests. Additional guests and children will be charged for breakfast at check-in.
• All guests are required to use the valet service, which costs 25,000 KRW. Depending on the benefits of your credit card, you may receive complimentary valet service. Please check the details with your credit card issuer.
• Starting December 10, 2024, the hotel has been rebranded as "Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul," and existing reservations will remain unchanged.
A damage deposit of KRW 100,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
