Property information

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on Seven Mile Beach! Fully equipped kitchen, including a in unit washer and dryer, and flat screened TV. The details in this lovely space will make sure that you feel at home. A spacious open plan living and dining area (and a private screened-in balcony with table/chairs) make it easy to enjoy meals relaxing with friends/family inside or outside! Resort offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and a small gym! The master bedroom is colorful and cozy with a comfortable king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is sophisticated and has a queen bed. In the main living space, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and making your favorite drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the nicely decorated living and dining area creates a great space for comfort and entertainment with seating and the flat screen tv. Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests making this condo perfect for larger groups or families. Overlooking the gardens, you can enjoy the blue Caribbean Sea and tropical sunsets from your private, screened-in balcony.

Neighbourhood information

You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also Camana Bay nearby, which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a Movie Theatre. Foster’s grocery store is a 5–10-minute walk away.
