A spacious and clean 4 room apartment in the great area at the crossroads of Al-Farabi Avenue and Mendikulov street, within walking distance to many attractions and business facilities The apartment has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay: fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, free Wi-Fi, separeted bathroom and toilet, balcony, central water supply (hot and cold water) and heating. Capacity up to 7 people (bed linen and towels are provided) All household appliances are available (washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), kitchen is equipped for everything for cooking and having meals. Hairdryer, iron, cable TV, air conditioner. The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard. 9th floor (there is elevator in the building), square area 82sq. m.
