Gorgeous 3-meter-ceiling apartment! The apartment is located in the Golden Square - historical center of Almaty: Republic Square, Ascension Cathedral, 28 Panfilov Park, theaters, concert halls, exhibitions, museums, walking areas, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops - there is everythin. There are even museums in the neighboring entrances! The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old building (no elevator) - from the balcony you can admire the sunset without interference) 2 balconies overlooking a quiet street and a central square with fountains. The apartment is bright and everything you see in the photo is brand new; comfortable bed, sofa bed, smart TV, hairdryer, all utensils. Each guest is provided with fresh linens, a bathrobe and slippers. Free parking along the street is availble nearby.

Location: Astana Square, Park named after 28 Panfilov Heroes, Voznesenski Cathedral, the main tourist pedestrian streets of the city - Panfilov and Zhibek Zholy, Opera and Ballet Theater, Central Concert Hall, Philharmonic, exhibitions, trendy restaurants, cafes and bars, TSUM shopping center (with cinema) and the Passage, other shops, a zoo, currency exchange offices, ATMs and pharmacies, as well as the Green Bazaar, famous for its freshest products - there is everything! You can get there by metro, Almaly station. There is free parking along the street.
