Company information

This is a family run guest house with six comfortable rooms. A Continental or Sri Lankan breakfast is included in the price of your stay. We are happy to prepare lunch & dinner for our foreigners an extra cost. We can arrange for our foreigners as their wishes car, bike and tuk tuk for rental or if they willing to get an transportation service from us we can arrange it too. Our guest can Shopping in Mirissa city center is an easy 5 minutes walking distance and 15 - 20 minutes away from the hotel to reach to Matara and waligama cities. Specially the most famous location among foreigners was coconut tree hill and turtle bay 4 minutes faraway from the hotel.

Villa Blue Ocean is situated 50 meters ( 3 - 4 minutes walking to the beach ) from the long & beautiful Mirissa beach, which is a toursist paradise. The main part of the house is 150 years old antique modern house. Around the VILLA BLUE OCEAN having much attractive 2 location one of the COCONUT TREE HILL and PARROT ROCK those location 3 - 4 minutes away from the VILLA BLUE OCEAN it's very close. Each room has large comfortable beds with quality linen and towels, Ceiling fans, Air conditioning , Mini bar , hot and cold water showers and nice viewing balcony are a feature in all rooms. We have Deluxe and Luxury triple rooms those rooms are partial side ocean views and after couple of months ago we made 3 rooms in the property backside. those room are bit superior than infront rooms and not noisy.

Neighbourhood information

Hotel is situated close to the main road and the by the beautiful Dhammikadiri Temple. We are 50 meters ( 3 - 4 minutes walking ) from the golden sands of Mirissa Beach. The area is a popular tourist destination and much attractive for seafood and Sri Lankan restaurant an extra cafes and cocktail bars. Situated in the South of Sri Lanka just a 45-minute drive to Galle City. From Villa Blue Ocean to Sinharaja rainforest have a 2 hours destination by car and to Bandaranaike International Airport just 3 hours by car. For assistance with laundry, and activities such as whale watching, Snorkeling , diving , surf lessons and fishing and city tours you can get more information at the reception.
