The opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy your time here on the Gem Island (Ratnadeepa)/Pearl of the Indian Ocean, some of the names given to describe this gorgeous island of Sri Lanka. The Beach House has the comforts of home with the peace of a relaxed vacation! Located in Ambalangoda on Sri Lanka’s Southern Coastline, Beach House 862 is the perfect villa for families and groups.
We love hosting our guests and ensuring they enjoy their stay to the fullest. After all that is what we look for when we travel too. It is our pleasure to be as accommodating as possible, so that our guests may feel comfortable and well looked after and return for more stays with us. Scams and other security risks are rampant on the Internet, and we recommend you take steps to protect yourself and the security of your information. Please note, that you need to make an advance payment of 50% through a bank transfer using the bank details given on the Prepayment Details template to secure your booking. Please do not give any payment information online. If asked to click on any links please do not entertain.
From the villa, a 15 Minute tuk tuk ride will get you to the vibrant local community of Hikkaduwa with its bars, surf schools and roti shops. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Galle Fort is a 30-minute ride away. Enjoy idyllic walks by the sea and sand. There is a marketplace at a 10-minute walking distance, and you can encounter the ever-friendly local folks there as well.
