5-bedroom upstairs home with 5 beds, 4.5 bathrooms, European standard kitchen and multiple livings spaces in an affluent neighbourhood for kids and adults to relax and enjoy. Airconditioned five bedrooms and tv room provide comfortable living space for 2-10 guests. Outdoor shower and bathtub to enjoy tropical weather! Ideal for families, friends, workmates coming for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, sporting events and work. Supermarkets, restaurants & CBD is 15 minutes' drive.
My wife & I live and work in Melbourne Australia. We travel quite often and have lived and worked in multiple countries. We have added many Australian/New Zealand standards. Manager on duty lives close by and performs daily security checks and watering plants. He is available on requests for guests during the stay. His contact details will be provided on the day of checking in.
Calm, quiet, safe and respectable neighbourhood. Villa is on a private road for eight houses.
