Within 1 KM radius and walking distance to Embassies, restaurants, Independence square & walking path, Entertainment Clubs, Independence shopping & food Arcade, leading sports clubs, super markets, banks and Self Banking ATMs, renowned Coffee Shops, within very close proximity. The distance to Colombo Main City Centre and museum are within 2 KM.
Its a busy neighbourhood with hustling vehicles at morning and afternoon, Because the presence of the temple there almost no noise at all. Apartments neighbours are all friendly so there's no much of a disturbance from their side.
