The apartment is located in 1st, and 2nd floors. roof garden is in 3rd floor. Living area, kitchen/pantry, main bedroom with attached washroom are in 1st floor. Other 2 bedrooms and a common washroom, TV lounge, Helper's room with a washroom are available in 2nd floor. This is a fully furnished apartment with all the facilities. Free WiFi, cable TV, Hot water (solar power) are available. Roof garden is terraced with natural grass and artificial grass. Ideal place to relax in the evening, birds flying to flower bushes to get nectar in the morning. Bottled water, Ceylon tea bags, and sugar cubes are provided for one day .
Hi, Presently I am a house woman who look after my family. Being a civil engineer by profession I worked for the state sector for about 20 years, and now I spend my time with kids & family. Hosting is a new experience to me . I like to meet different group of people from all over the world. I am available most of the time if necessary as I live in the other unit. Sight seeing can be arranged with a licensed tourist guide with prior request.
About one minute walking distance to Nawala, Koswatta junction where you get all the facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, saloons, boutiques, Highly residential area. quiet after 10 pm. about 50m distance to local bus stop. Taxi service or Tuk tuk service available with a telephone call. About 30 minutes drive to center of Colombo city.
