This furnished up stair apartment has two bedrooms, spacious kitchen with cooking facilities induction cooker, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator & cutlery and crockery. Sitting room, dining area, bathroom & two balconies are there for the guests to stay like their own home. For guests who wishes to work online, Peacock Residence is an ideal place with quiet environment. You will hear only birds singing or peacock cawing every morning and evening. And monkey chatter is also sometimes you can hear during day time. Peacock residence is surrounded with green trees & you will see many birds daily with peacock being common sight everyday life. Horn bills are also a frequent visitor in the neighborhood. There are two balconies where you could enjoy a beer or read a book. Peacock Residence is 600 meters away from the beach and 2 km away from the infamous Hiriketiya Beach. This place is close to all amenities and supermarkets.
Peacock Residence was build as my holiday home. As this place is idling most of the time in the year, I though it can be given out to guests who wish to stay & work online or enjoy long holidays. I recommend this place for a couple or a small family of three who wishes for long vacations OR who wishes to enjoy life while work online to their employers in their home countries. This place is an ideal home for remote work.
Peacock Residence is located in a small township in southern Sri Lanka. Area is quite peaceful & guests can stay for longer holidays.
