A secluded and private 2 bed residence, located just metres from top surf points in Midigama and Coconut Beach, and less than 5km from Ahangama and Weligama. 250Mb Download / 100Mb Upload Fast Fibre Internet Connection A very well maintained property, with all the essentials you need to ensure you have a fantastic base camp for an extended stay on Sri Lankas South Coast. AC bedrooms. Hot water shower. Desk spaces and office chairs - ideal for digital nomad(s) Great coffee is provided, free of charge! The space. Gated entrance. The house is set back at the rear of the property which minimises any road noise. Long driveway with plenty of space for parking vehicles. Front porch area with outdoor seating. Spaces to store surfboards. Key safe with a code for the front door. Entrance into large open plan dining and living area. Living area has a remote controlled fan. Sharing kitchen and bathroom with 1 other person (me). Dan from the UK. Guests are allowed to use the the large speaker (3.5mm connection). Bedrooms are a good size with ample wardrobe storage, powerful AC unit, bed, office desk, chair, and optional mosquito net (not really needed if doors are kept closed). Kitchen is really well equipped. LG Fridge Freezer with ice compartment. 4 Hobs, Gas Cooker Blender, Coffee Grinder, Stovetop Espresso, Toaster, Sandwich Toaster, Rice Cooker / Pressure Cooker, Smoothie Maker. Kitchen has ceiling fan. Bathroom has wall fan. We have a washing machine, clothes line, and indoor clothes dryer for all your laundry needs. Garden has coconut and mango trees. Peacocks roam, squirrels squeak, monkeys swing by, and caterpillars work on the composting. We are a short stroll from favorite local beach - Coconut Beach - which is a surf point, a sunset spot, has natural rock pools and extremely cute resident beach cows - yes cows by the beach!

Gorgeous secluded and relaxed. Coconut Beach offers a variety of activities including Surfing, Yoga and Sunset Watching. There is plenty of choice with local restaurants and places to enjoy a refreshing drink.
