Your smart home in the heart of the city of Colombo. A self service apartment at TRI ZEN by John Keells Properties. CityZen offers a wide array of facilities and comfort even though you are in the busy city of Colombo. Opened for guests in November 2024. Reservation is for the entire apartment, self service. The apartment consists of 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms (1 ensuite and 1 detached), kitchen (equipped), air-conditioned lounge and balcony. The shared amenities include a landscaped E-deck featuring recreational areas, 400m walking path, swimming pools with lounge chairs, a fitness centre, and kids’ play area. Lift access to all areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafe’s, restaurants and tourist hotspots. The Apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Additionally, up to 2 children under the age of 10 (sharing existing sleeping arrangements) can be accommodated. Maximum adult capacity is 6. Netflix is already set up with Adult, Teen and Kids profiles. Wifi is 5G and fast. The balcony, dining table or dresser is a great work space. If you have to meet people, seating areas on the ground floor is ideal. Your Check In and access to the apartment is completely contactless. Therefore, prepayment 2 days prior to check in required.
I (Shirini) am the co-owner of the holiday homes Sati Villa Rekawa Beach, Sati Villa Kandy & Sati CityZen Colombo Sri Lanka. I primarily manage the bookings on all booking platforms. I love to travel and stay at an accommodation that I feel at home- flexible and accommodating to families with little children. I take great pleasure in sharing my holiday homes and hosting.
