Just a stones throw away from the seaside, this brand new 2 bedroom Colonial style luxury apartment with a water view in Colombo Mount Lavinia is the perfect accommodation for your getaway in Colombo. Comfortably spacious at 1200 sqf, the apartment is tastefully decorated with Colonial furniture & interior, a fully equipped modern kitchen and everything you would need to make you feel at home. Its convenient location is only a 15 minute journey from Colombo’s city centre. You’ll love homely feeling apartment for its fantastic sea views and tasteful decor. Situated on the 4th floor, the whole apartment is very cozy and airy. Bedrooms and living/dining areas have air conditioning and balconies with unobstructed ocean views. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot & cold water. Hotel standard bed linen and towels are provided with toiletries included. The fully equipped kitchen and includes high quality appliances including oven & washing machine, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, etc. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are provided.
