Since our family is traveling a lot around Europe and outside of the region, we understood that it is really important to feel comfortable as if you are at home wherever you are in the world, therefore we try to make the atmosphere as cosy and safe as we possibly can.

Our home consists of 4 different apartments that we rent : Aparthotel 4 ,, Cosy House Billiard '' Sauna & Parking (max 6 people).😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 2 ,, Cosy House Kaunas'' & Parking (max 6 people). 😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 3 ,, Cosy House Studio'' & Parking (max 2 people). 😊😊 Aparthotel 1 ,,Cosy House Mini Studio '' Sauna & Parking (max 2 people).😊😊 If you seek privacy, comfort, good sleep and the cosy feeling of home, this is the best place for your stay in Kaunas. Cosy house is located in a calm area, only a 10min drive🚖 away from the city centre🕍. Bus stops and small shops 🛒 are close by, so you will find everything you need in a short walking distance. The size of this private house is 113m2 and you won't share the space with others. It's located on the main floor (bedroom, kitchen, wc), however, the shower🛁 and sauna are on the -1 floor (you need to climb one floor down). The space consists of: a kitchen with all necessary equipment, private entrance, private bathroom (soap and shampoo provided), smoking area outside (smoking indoors is prohibited). There is a parking area with a security camera (free). PRICE LIST City tax (1 person per day ) 2 Eur Air conditioner (24 hours ) 20 Eur). Billiard room/pool table (24 hours ) 20 Eur. Sauna ( use 3 hours a day ) 30 Eur. Extra guest ( with/without sleepover ) 10 Eur. Parking free Washing machine free Reception is open 24/7 and will provide you the keys upon your arrival (ring the doorbell). ! IMPORTANT: - No parties allowed. Silent hours from 11PM to 9AM.⌚ - Unapproved/unregistered guests will be asked to leave
